Aspire Learning Centres & Childcare trips are an incredibly important part of our registration packages and really help children to make the connection between what they are learning inside the provision, and the wider world. Trips inspire pupils at all key stages, right from KS1 visits to a museum or farms where they can view and touch objects that have been discussed or feed and understand animals and their habitats, to KS4 trips to places like the Imperial War Museum, where students can conduct appropriate research in History and English.

How much do school trips cost?

The best thing about Aspire Trips is that they are completely FREE for registered children. The trips are subsidised and covered by your existing monthly fees with any shortfall being covered by Aspire.

This is extremely beneficial for children and parents because usually educational trips are rarely free. Also, for provisions and parents, the financial cost of outside the classroom learning can be restrictive.

A typical day trip can range in cost from £10 to a staggering £60 per pupil. This is the cost of entry to the actual venue plus transport cost.  Parents are welcome to send a small amount of spending money with their children.

Here at Aspire Learning Centres & Childcare we will not only cover the cost of the trip, but also the transport to and from the venue, a drink and a snack.

When do these trips take place?

All of our trips take place outside term time. This includes: Christmas/Easter break, Half Term and Summer Break. Our trips are strictly first come first served and must be booked upon publication.
